Thus, he entrenched in the city, four educational institutions - Delhi Public School, Aligarh | Civil Lines | Hathras and PAVNA International School, with world class education system and international curriculum respectively.
Mrs. Asha Jain, better half rather the best half of the Founder Late Sh. Pawan Jain, supported him throughout the journey filled with struggle. At present, she is the Director of PAVNA Group, in association with five Companies under the same roof. Being caring, compassionate and a firm believer that “Great things come from hard work and perseverance”, She handled the setbacks with great valour and stood as a strong pillar in the entire endeavour of a sapling turning into a full-fledged tree.
Despite the obstacles coming in their ways, they conquered them as a true warrior and extended their boundaries by several factories to take Pavna Group to the utmost heights.

SWAPNIL JAIN, son of Late Mr. Pawan Jain, a cogent strategic and an enchanting personality. Gifted with connoisseur eyes for talent, loved and admired by all, is a sensation and youth icon. He too like his father is a believer of spirituality and a founder trustee of Teerthdham Mangalayatan & Teerthdham Chidaytan. Aiming towards inner peace he has also started walking on his ancestral path. He is instrumental in taking the Pavna Group and Pavna schools to new heights. There are now four PAVNA Schools under his leadership in the State of U.P
Mrs. Priya Jain, wife of Mr. Swapnil Jain is a management genius with amiable nature, is currently the Director in PAVNA Group. At present she is associated with five companies under the same. She is a perfectionist with great organizing skills as well. While Mr. Pawan Jain and Mrs. Asha Jain, gave life and brought PAVNA GROUP, up facing all the odds, Mr. Swapnil Jain and Mrs. Priya Jain became their twin – soul caring and standing by them throughout. Mr. Swapnil Jain and Mrs. Priya Jain in their passion towards delivering quality education and responsibility towards the Society aim to spread this quality education under the aegis of PAVNA PAN India and overseas.

For a Day School or Day cum Boarding School the Ideal Land requirement is 4 acres. Range of 3 to 5 acres is considerable.
The School building is built in 3 to 4 phases. The construction can take place in phases depending upon the size, shape and entry points of the plot.
Total building requirement is around 1,50,000 square feet to cater to 4,000 students. Each block to be of 40,000 to 50,000 sq. ft.
